Swandika, Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Dewa Apramana, Kabag Pembangunan, Kabag Ortal dan Ketua Pokja Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Badung menghadiri lokakarya nasional rencana aksi pembentukan organisasi permanen dan peta jalan pengembangan organisasi unit layanan pengadaan (ULP) di wilayah percontohan yang diselenggarakan LKPP dan MCAI di hotel Crown Jakarta, 3 sampai 5 Maret 2015. Dalam lokakarya ini, agenda penting yang dilaksanakan adalah penyusunan road map (peta jalan) status kelembagaan ULP Kabupaten Badung yang merupakan salah satu dari 29 ULP percontohan di Indonesia.
