Diseminasi Koordinasi dan Supervisi Pencegahan Korupsi di Provinsi Maluku Utara
Acara : DISEMINASI PRAKTIK TERBAIK TATA KELOLA PEMERINTAH DAERAH BERBASIS ELEKTRONIK
KPK bekerja sama dengan BPKP menyelenggarakan kegiatan Koordinasi dan Supervisi Pencegahan Korupsi (Korsupgah) bagi Pemerintah Daerah di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Acara dihadiri Kepala Daerah di lingkup Provinsi Maluku Utara beserta jajarannya serta Ketua DPRD Propinsi Maluku Utara.
Mengambil tema “Diseminasi Praktik Terbaik Tata Kelola Pemerintah Daerah Berbasis Elektronik”, acara secara resmi dibuka oleh Gubernur Maluku Utara, Abdul Ghani Kasuba. Sambutan diberikan oleh oleh Deputi Kepala BPKP Bidang Pengawasan Keuangan Daerah, Dadang Kurnia,Dirjen Bina Administrasi Kewilayahan Kementerian Dalam Negeri,dan Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, Basaria Pajaitan.
Kegiatan ini juga merupakan salah satu bentuk kerja sama antara KPK dan BPKP dalam upaya pencegahan korupsi di lingkungan pemerintah, melalui penerapan tata kelola yang baik pada bidang perencanaan, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) dan pembentukan Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) mandiri pada pemerintah daerah. Menyikapi hal tersebut, BPKP berkomitmen untuk siap menjadi konsultan bagi setiap Pemerintah daerah yang mengalami hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Disampaikan juga bahwa transparansi pengelolaan keuangan menjadi salah satu solusi pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi,salah satunya,yaitu transparansi melalui sistem informasi elektronik yang dapat diakses oleh setiap masyarakat. Sebagai contoh, sebagian besar tindak pidana korupsi diawali dari proses perencanaan anggaran, karenanya KPK mendorong semua pemerintah daerah untuk menggunakan aplikasi e-akuntabilitas yang dikembangkan oleh KPK sehingga transparansi keuangan yang dicita-citakan dapat tercapai.
Selain itu, turut hadir pula dalam kegiatan ini, beberapa pemerintah daerah yang telah berhasil mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis elektronik sebagai narasumber, diantaranya LKPP dengan e-procurement (Direktur Pelatihan Kompetensi Tatang Rustandar), Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dengan E-Planning (Kasubag Penyusunan Pelaksanaan Program Reza Fahreddy), Pemerintah Kota Bogor dengan pelayanan perizinan dengan berbasis elektronik (Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Perizinan Perekonomian Rudi Mashudi), Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung dengan E-ULP (Kepala ULP A.A Bayu Kumara Putra), dan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan aplikasi Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) berbasis elektronik (Kasubag Kompetensi dan Kinerja Dedi Mulyadi).
