Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) di Kabupaten Badung merupakan salah satu bentuk komitmen Pemkab Badung dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. “Dengan adanya ULP ini, proses pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah dapat terlaksana secara efektif, efisien dan transparan serta dapat dipertanggungjawabkan,” ujar Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Badung, Kompyang R. Swandika, saat mengunjungi ULP di lantai II di Bagian Administrasi Pembangunan, Rabu (18 Februari 2015).

Rapat Persiapan Pra Audit Pemeriksaan BPK RI yang diselenggarakan oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Badung pada tanggal 5 Februari 2015, dihadiri oleh Bapak Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Badung selaku pimpinan rapat, Wakil Bupati Badung, Inspektur, para Asisten, para Kepala Bagian, serta Kepala dan Sekretaris SKPD di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung, yang bertempat di Ruang Rapat Kriya Gosana, Kantor Bupati Badung. Pada kesempatan ini, ULP Kabupaten Badung juga turut memberikan Sosialisasi Peraturan Presiden Nomor 4 Tahun 2015 tentang Perubahan Keempat Atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah, kepada seluruh SKPD di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung.

Sehubungan dengan rencana sosialisasi Peraturan Pesiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2015 Tentang Perubahan Keempat Atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah, kepada seluruh SKPD di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung yang akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Februari 2015, maka ULP Kabupaten Badung mengadakan rapat internal yang dihadiri oleh Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan, Kepala Bagian Administrasi Pembangunan dan para Kasubag, serta seluruh Pokja ULP.
